About the Courses
Aimed at users new to using Microsoft Windows, versions 3x,
9x, NT, ME, 2000 or XP. The course covers use of the mouse, opening and
closing windows, copying and pasting between documents and applications and
some basic file management. This course can be covered in a day or
half day.
Aimed at users who are new to using a computer. It
covers the basic functions of a computer and a great deal of
"jargon-busting"! The course also covers the use of
Microsoft Windows, if appropriate. At the end of the course, delegates
will have a better knowledge of how their computer works and why. The
course is designed to take the mystery out of "the magic box" and
is particularly useful for anyone who is nervous about using a computer.

covers the basic functions of a PDA and a great deal of
"jargon-busting"! The course also covers the use of
the main phone, email, SMS and calendar functions. At the end of the course, delegates
will have a better knowledge of how their BlackBerry works and why.

Microsoft Office suite of products - these courses cover the powerful
features of Word, from basic text handling and formatting, to the use of
tables, mail merge, creating indexes and the management of long documents.
Courses range from Introductory level to Advanced level, with
Word for Desktop publishing courses as well as a workshop-style course for
more advanced users.

flow charts, organisation charts as well more complex diagrams.
